Bespoke neo-classical design elevates Ledbury Park neighbourhood

The owners of this property were nearing the empty-nester stage of life and so the design of their home was motivated by the inevitable lifecycle events to be celebrated within their walls. They desired a main floor plan that would be suitable for large functions yet warm and practical for daily living. The image of their daughter descending the grand staircase on her wedding day is forever etched in the family’s memory. GH was proud to play their part in creating such a special moment.
The curb appeal of this neo-classical design is characterized by its prominent gabled roofline and impressive entry. GH faithfully executed this architectural style with the use of columns, pre-cast trim and Indiana limestone surrounds, producing an aesthetic influenced by the streets of Paris.
